This small settlement with its natural surroundings is a popular holiday resort for families who wants quietness and peace. There is a big paying lido putting into the reeds but there are also 6 beaches waiting for the guests.
In the neighbouring settlement, in Balatonberény, you can find the only naturist beach on the south shore.
The area is the Paradise for fishermen.
In Summer evenings there are a lot of open-air and musik programmes and intimate cafe's and restaurants entertain the guests.
When the weather is not so good the spa of the neighbouring Hévíz or the aqua parks of Kehida, Zalakaros or Marcali could be pleasant destinations.
