Accommodations in Balatonboglár

The Platán Beach in Balatonboglár is famous for the swimming competition cross the lake that has organized for decades and attracts a lot of people. It starts in Révfülöp and the end is in Balatonboglar. But the town is also the place of many other sport-events. E.g. tennis and volleyball championships.

The look-out globe on the Várdomb is a very nice beauty spot and it has a fascinating view over the lake.

In August there is an event called the Vintage of Boglár that offers fantastic programmes.

Boglár can take pride in having the title: The International Town of Grapes and Vine.
